Shipping Info: All items sent Royal Mail 1st class in the UK.

Items shipped outside the UK are sent using international standard via Royal Mail, with no special delivery method used unless specifically requested.

For special delivery requests (recorded / signed for etc) an extra charge will be applied according to service used. All orders shipped within 10 working days of payment received and cleared.
Return Policy: All items thoroughly checked for faults prior to delivery.

PLEASE NOTE: Items damaged in transit are non-returnable / refundable. Returns accepted only on items sent in error (eg. wrong colour etc).

We use standard industry packaging materials for vinyl (card stiffeners and 12" mailers) and apparel (padded envelopes) and all items are packaged well.
